There's always something isn't there? Well, I can't afford to work full-time and pay for 2 kids in daycare full-time. It's ridiculously expensive and would leave me with gas money when all said and done for the month.
I also can't afford to stay home completely, as it would leave us just short of our monthly needs. Even cutting a lot out. I can't win no matter what I do.
Looking into options, going to talk to supervisor tomorrow about it. Maybe work from home days, part-time, another job? Who knows...
I am ashamed to admit I really enjoy and relate to this Miley Cyrus song (I know, Hannah Montana is soooo pre-teen right?) But...

it is so tough to afford daycare, i don't know how some families do it. I won't be able to stay home either, though I don't think I would ever want to, but maybe you could watch kids in your home....then you can have some income, and still be home with your children.
Trust me I relate all too well to this!! Jesse is actually going to be cutting back his hours some because daycare for the three kids was going to cost us $2100 a month!!!
